FALCON 6X ENGINES CERTIFIED BY THE FAA

The Falcon 6X is a business jet produced by Dassault Aviation, a French aircraft manufacturer. The aircraft is powered by Pratt & Whitney Canada’s PW812D engines, which have been certified by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) in the United States.

The PW812D engine is a high-performance turbofan engine that is designed to provide exceptional fuel efficiency and low emissions. It features advanced technologies such as a dual-channel full authority digital engine control (FADEC) system, which optimizes engine performance and reduces pilot workload.

The FAA certification of the PW812D engine is an important milestone for the Falcon 6X program, as it represents a key step towards the aircraft’s certification and entry into service. The certification process involves rigorous testing and evaluation of the engine’s performance, reliability, and safety.

The Falcon 6X is designed to be a long-range business jet, with a range of up to 5,500 nautical miles (10,186 km) and a maximum speed of Mach 0.90. It features a spacious and comfortable cabin that can accommodate up to 16 passengers, as well as advanced avionics and flight systems that ensure a smooth and safe flight.
